Who are the H.S.I.P.F ?The Haile Selassie I Peace Foundation Inc. Charity of the Twelve Tribes of Israel Ark of the Covenant is a multi-cultural Peace Foundation with around forty members, eight working as full time volunteers. The organisation is dedicated to the enrichment of the community and its members, and whilst only one of their stated aims is "reducing the fear of crime" it is for this that they have become known and respected nationally. Established in January 2000, the Foundation provides, amongst other things, food distribution and gardening maintenance to the elderly in Handsworth and Soho. Notably they have responded to an approach by the police to enlist the community in law enforcement in a unique way. Instead of merely becoming Special Constables they have designed their own uniform and are accompanying the police on dual patrols of the area, initially for a trial period. While they don't have powers of arrest, their calm and sincere presence adds credibilty to the police on the beat, and points at future ways for communities to take greater control of their own policing. The Foundation operates on a donation basis; their aim is to become a self-sufficient, non-profit making business, dedicated to the empowerment of the less fortunate in the community on several fronts. It is universal, containing the guidance to Truth when one implements them in our daily lives. The Ten Commandments is a way of life, Man is a spirit therefore the Ten Commandments is a spiritual livety not a religion. There are as follows:- 1. You shall have no other Almighty before Me. 2. You shall not make for yourselves any carved image; you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I the I AM your Almighty, am a jealous Almighty. 3. You shall not misuse the name of the I AM your Almighty, for the I AM will not hold guiltless anyone who misuses his name. 4. Remember the Sabbath to keep it HOLY. Six days you shall labour and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the I AM your Almighty. For in Six days the I AM made heaven and the earth, the sea and all that is in them, and rested on the Seventh day. 5. Honour your Father and Mother, so that you may live long in land the I AM your Almighty is giving you. 6. You shall not murder. 7. You shall not commit adultery. 8. You shall not steal. 9. You shall not give false testimony against your neighbour. 10. You shall not covet your neighbour's house; you shall not covet your neighbour's wife, nor anything that belongs to your neighbour. I do apolagize for first stating my apreci-love-ness for your works over in Europe. I too am in the process of organizing ALL the Rastafari brothers and sisters here in New York City to London and Africa. It is essential for me and the 2nd in command of your organization. The reason why I stated 2nd is for that Qidamawi Haili Selasi is the 1st leader of any positive movement. So I do say 2nd in command with respect. This meeting or form of communication is very much essential for the proper use of the inormation of Qidamawi Haili Selasi. I have access to books which have come form London and here in New York, which no other Ras has seen. Yet, I and the small group we are working with posess a wealth of knowledge of Qidamawi Haili Selasi, which is used to UNITE ALL BLACK INDIVIDUALS HOME AND ABROAD. I gurantee that once you all posess this esoteric knowledge, that not only you will unite all the Rastafari in Europe, but also unite ALL BLACK people. One example would be a word in the english language called Holy. If we use a word call umlaut, which means to change the vowels within a word, we will have Haili. I and others here in New York City, can show you all many words like this to unit all the Rastafari and all balck people of the world. It is mandatory that we stop calling Qidamawi Haili Selasi "Haili Selasi I". I say this due to the fact that the I at the end of this title means first. We must put the "first" in first as either I Haili Selasi, or in amharic Qidamawi Haili Selasi. I highly recomend you all purchase the Concise Amharic Dictionary by Wolf Leslau. There you will see the translation of the english word "First" (in a title of a KING) is Qidamawi. There have been many kings on this earth, however there is only one king who is the"First", and that king is Qidamawi Haili Selasi. The word power, strength and mighty are translated as Haili, and holy trinity is selasi. Leaving the entire name Qidamawi Haili Selasie meanning the First Power of The Holy Trinity. Finally, the word Ras means head, and the word Tafar(i) means Universe. We all know that Qidamawi Haili Selasi "IS" the Head of The Universe, yet it is no coincedence that that is theactual translation of the Ethiopic title and name Ras Tafari.
